Who is Anna?

The content in this blog is produced by – you guessed it – Anna – that’s me! I am a certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC) and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT) who currently lives in Pleasant Hill, California, a city that sits several miles east of the San Francisco Bay.

I decided to start blogging about my experience with fat loss in terms of nutrition, strength training, and everything else that I experienced in the process. It is also the collection of these experiences that inspired me to switch my career into becoming a Fitness Professional. While Turbulence Training, barbells, and dumbbells have jump started my fat loss efforts, I have since found kettlebells to be the best fitness tool ever invented. Kettlebell training can make anyone stronger, healthier, leaner, and more conditioned. It is the tool that will help your body move as a functional unit – just like how we move in our daily lives. Consequently, majority of my training and my clients’ training are done with kettlebells and bodyweight exercises.

My mission in this profession is to help regular people achieve amazing fat loss results and help them find the inner athlete in them.  I am very passionate at what I do and I do believe that people can accomplish anything they set their hearts and minds to achieve.

My Motto in life is: “I am powerful beyond measure.” Anyone who realizes the power of this one, short phrase can be powerful beyond measure as well.

There is so much information out there regarding weight loss that it’s sometimes difficult to believe which of them really works. I also wanted to create a place in the internet where people can find answers to some of their most pressing questions regarding weight loss. Personally, I want to thank you for choosing to read my blog – I promise that you’ll be in good company.

Living in the Bay area means riding the train a lot so, I do a lot of my creative writing when I get bored either before I get to work or on the way home. This also means that whenever I am out of ideas, I also have the time to do some research and read up on current health and fitness trends. I strive to be the best by continuously learning about my craft and my chosen career. As a result, I have learned so many valuable lessons in this journey that I can’t wait to share it to all my readers.
