I can only give you my best advice since I don&#039;t know much about what you&#039;ve done in the past. My 2 favorite programs are ESE and BFFM. Both may help you depending on what you are currently doing and what you&#039;ve tried before.

		<description>Thank you for sharing Anna.  Adopting any healthy habit for good takes education and discipline.  Breaking our old patterns is key.  But your right, it doesn&#039;t have to be torture. Everyone falls of the wagon on occasion, but as long as you have trained yourself to recognize it and pick up your healthy habits again after indulging, it&#039;s O.K.  I find the more I learn about nutrition and how artificial ingredients in our food affect our health, the easier it is to avoid them.  A friend of mine is a nutritionist  in San Francisco.  She&#039;s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to foods to avoid and why and alternatives to them.  Her website is www.nutritionevolution.net if you have any questions.
