I finally finished “Fat Loss Primer” which is an e-book that I’ve been working on for the past few weeks. I basically wrote it because people always ask me how to get started with losing weight and I really couldn’t give them a direct answer because even though most of my fat loss strategies are second nature to me, it took me awhile before I was able to truly put together the things that I’ve learned from several fitness resources and make them work for me.
The e-book is designed so that you’ll find some of the most important factors that play a role in losing weight. But, I didn’t stop there. I also provided you a four-week plan to follow along with a checklist just in case you need more guidance in putting the strategies to work. My theory is that people will see some great results if only they are able to stick to any nutrition and workout program for at least four weeks. This is a long enough time frame so that people can:

A lot of beginners will benefit from reading and following this e-book but, more advanced people who have been in the “fitness scene” for awhile may also find this to be a good refresher course in going back to basics.
